What we collect

The application and contact forms ask for your name, contact details, postcode and whatever you write in the message box. The application form also asks about your funding situation so we can tell which route fits you.

What we do with it

Form submissions are sent by email to seve@bellofitness.co.uk and used to reply to you about your application or enquiry. That is all. We do not sell or share your details with anyone else, except where a funding referral needs it - for example confirming a referral with your job centre, or arranging a gym interview - and we would talk to you first.

What we do not do

This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads nothing from third party services. Nothing you do on this site is tracked.

How long we keep it

Application emails are kept while your application is live and for our records afterwards. If you want your details removed, email seve@bellofitness.co.uk and we will delete them.
